The Blue Sky Prepaid MasterCard is a payment card that works a bit like a pay as you go mobile phone. You load it with money, and can only spend what you've topped it up with. It is a general spend card denominated in GBP Sterling. Blue Sky Prepaid MasterCard offers two products; a Standard Limit Card (no ID is required) with guaranteed acceptance (these cards have reduced spending limits) and a Higher Limit Card, which is issued to customers who have had their identities verified online and instantly.
