The Rational Travel Money Card was targeted at UK outbound travellers to Europe and the USA. Cardholders could choose between a Euro and US Dollar denominated card to suit their needs. The card was then loaded in the chosen currency and the exchange rate as fixed at that time. Allowing the cardholder to know exactly how much they are paying at the time of the purchase.
