Customer Sales Executive - Loudwater, High Wycombe

White Eagle (Europe) Plc is currently looking to recruit a dynamic, forward thinking candidate to drive our business forward. The sucessful candidate will be managing the future/current business, by proactively calling new companies to gather information and potentially booking visits for the sales team. Part of the role will consist of targeting specific areas by regular marketing campaigns, once the client is on board you will then be managing them as a customer service advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads through regular tele-marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with the marketing and sales departments
- Answering incoming calls from clients, dealing with their enquiries in a professional manner.
- Advising customers, in a confident manner, about products and services that the company can offer.
- Assisting the Marketing/Sales and Customer Service Department with research and ad-hoc projects as and when required.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Telesales / telemarketing experience desirable.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude, self motivated and driven.
- Have the ability to reliably relay information to the Field Sales Team and other departments.
- Be computer literate with the ability to research on the internet.
- Experience of using CRM database desirable.
