Application Process

The process to become a White Eagle Agent is both simple and straightforward.

Either call our sales department on 08700 60 33 88 or email agentsupport@white-eagle.com, one of our Representatives will contact you to arrange a follow up meeting.

We will discuss the opportunity in detail with you and if appropriate we will complete an application form on your behalf. Your application will be reviewed by our internal Accounts Department followed by our Compliance Departments, and if your application is successful then you’ll be notified by email – this email will confirm your Username, Password and URL for the Agent Extranet.

Within the logged in area you will be able to:

What does White Eagle provide?

  • view your details and profile
  • manage your vouchers (issue, print, redeem)
  • sign up Employees for the White Eagle Prepaid Card
  • order marketing collateral
  • view account history and access the White Eagle web site along with Community resource.

During the sign up process we will require certain personal details of the employee, for example - first name, surname, mobile number, email address, passport number and UK postal address.
