Core Components

Eagle IP is a collection of White Eagle's core integrated technologies for provisioning prepaid card services and satellite retail opportunities, such as Telephony services. The collective components form the complete "Eagle Prepaid" Platform which is the heart of White Eagle's commercial offering. The Platform provides the business need for White Eagle and our 3rd Party Prepaid Clients. The component technology is 100% developed in house by White Eagle and brings together a set of converging technologies into one cohesive application.

The Platform consists of the following core components:

  • Data warehouse - Our Bespoke developed database system
  • Data Access Component (The DAL) - The core input output technology connecting Data to the Core API
  • API - The Business layer between the secured data, the integrated service providers, SMS and IVR providers and 3rd Party Technologies, such as Microsoft Navision ERP accounting
  • Configuration platform - The bespoke interface which allows full configuration of all Prepaid Programmes
  • Front End Development toolkits - There are 3 core front end Customer facing developer toolkits, Website, SMS and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). These front end systems are data driven applications that take on the configuration of a particular programme. Once configured they essentially build themselves to become the front end branded interfaces for each individual programme of the platform
  • HSM (Hardware Security Module) is a hardware-based security device that generates, stores and protects cryptographic keys. It provides the foundation for a high-level secure PIN retrieval
  • OBI - bespoke system designed in house, for the efficient management and reporting of all White Eagle programs. Real time reporting suite allowing full reporting of pre-paid card programmes bringing significantly enhanced functionality & flexibility over the standard non customised processing reports from FIS (processing hub). Includes bespoke CRM system enabling real time Call Centre management.
  • Bulk payment systems - secure bulk payment solution, which can be integrated with any other software program, it provides a managed solution to process a single bulk payment with payroll advice data which results in wage payments being loaded onto individual card accounts instantly
  • Bulk Sign Ups - secure method by which multiple card applications can be processed automatically
  • SMS platform - directly integrated into the platform - the services are configurable per program, and include multilingual functionality
  • IVR platform - directly integrated into the Platform - the services are configurable per program, and include multilingual functionality
  • FMT (Fee Management Tool)-allows non network revenues, such as Monthly Management Fees, SMS Card Balance Enquiry fees etc, to be collected from the Cardholder directly (independent of Mastercard/VISA/FIS) including the feature to collect  fee arrears automatically when a Nil balance card re-loads after a period of Nil balance.
