Interactive Voice Response Systems

White Eagle have implemented a cutting edge VXML IVR platform. The voice platform is hosted on a Plum Technologies VXML voice server, the coding is hosted on White Eagle web servers and directly integrates with the White Eagle Platform.

This bespoke system was designed in such a way to enable new program IVR's to be deployed rapidly. The IVR configurations for each program is database driven allowing the latest TTS (Text To Speech) engines to process card holder information and welcome them by name, the service is also designed to offer multi language functionality.
